Art2science was established in 2005 as an independent creative services company offering print and web design, as well as photography, illustration and associated communication needs, initially to the scientific research community.
My background comprises 35 years experience of providing visual solutions to academia and large multi-national companies. I started out as a professional photographer but have worked additionally as a print and web designer for the last twelve years.
When required, I work in collaboration with colleagues whose skills complement my own, allowing coverage of wide-ranging visual communications services.
Two local businesses with whom we work regularly are Webuseful Solutions Ltd, specialising in website development and production, and Arty Bundle, a graphics, design and video production enterprise.
To balance the involvement with science and industry, I also like to work with artists, craftworkers and small businesses to help them promote their products effectively to a wide audience. We are a small business ourselves; we know what is needed and we know how to communicate.
